Dylan Sprouse and Cole Sprouse were born on August 4, 1992, in Arezzo, Italy, to American parents who worked as English teachers at a high school in Tuscany.

When the twins were four years old, their family moved back to Long Beach, California. As a result, they hold both American and Italian citizenship.

The brothers became known for playing twin roles on television. Their first major acting job was in the 1999 film Big Daddy.

They also appeared in small roles in sitcoms such as Grace Under Fire (1993) and The Astronaut’s Wife (1999).

However, true success came in 2005 when Dylan and Cole skyrocketed to fame as child stars after landing the leading roles in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.
